Jim Walsh - Of Counsel

Jim Walsh is a successful commercial and trial lawyer with over 35 years of experience exercising skill and judgment. His method of handling litigation is simple, straightforward and cost-effective. He has substantial experience in all facets of the litigation process and success at every level.

Jim has successfully handled a wide variety of cases, such as intellectual property infringement, corporate breach of contract, wrongful termination, violation of post-employment covenants, shareholder disputes, product disparagement and unfair business practices

Additionally, Jim provides Alternative Dispute Resolution Services including mediation, arbitration and early neutral evaluation.
